Gateway Inventory Private Limited supplies generators from 20–1250 kVA, generator parts, solar panels, lithium batteries and hybrid solar inverters. Its scope also includes canopies, coupling, ATS panels, DB boxes, solar installation and generator commissioning.
Are prices and stock shown online?
This is a brochure and enquiry website. Final model, specification, stock, price, delivery and applicable warranty terms are confirmed in a quotation. Product-family images do not represent a confirmed item in stock.
What should I provide for a generator enquiry?
Share your essential loads, largest motors, required operating hours, phase arrangement and site location. Include a preferred kVA or brand if you have one, plus any canopy, ATS and installation needs.
Can solar panels alone keep power on during an outage?
Not necessarily. Backup operation depends on the inverter, storage, switching equipment and system design. Confirm the exact configuration before assuming that a solar installation provides outage support.
Can I combine any battery with any hybrid inverter?
No. Compatibility must be checked for the exact models, operating ranges and supported communications. Manufacturer documentation and the installed configuration should guide the choice.
Does Gateway provide installation services?
The supplied service scope includes solar installation and generator installation and commissioning, plus ATS panels, DB boxes, customized canopies and coupling services. Confirm the work included for your site.
How do I identify a spare part?
Start with the engine or controller plate, serial number, existing part reference and clear photographs. Add dimensions and a description of the fault where relevant.
Can I place a paid order on this website?
No. This static brochure does not accept payments or create an order. The enquiry planner prepares a brief that you can review and send through WhatsApp, copy or download. You send the message in WhatsApp; no order is created.
Will the calculator remember my equipment?
Yes. Equipment, custom names, assumptions and the last sizing mode are saved in session storage for this browser tab. You can visit other Gateway pages and return to your load list. Storage must be enabled in your browser.
How do I start a new calculation?
Press Restart inside a calculator. It replaces the working equipment list with one item and restores the default assumptions. Use the blue plus button to add further equipment.
Are the generator, solar and hybrid calculators free?
Yes. Each calculator has a dedicated page in Resources under Free Tools. They share your working load list and provide preliminary estimates, which need technical review before equipment selection.
